Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Steed Advisory website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or use our services.

Services

Steed Advisory provides web design, development, SEO, and digital marketing services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final website design and custom content created specifically for their project. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, open-source libraries) remain subject to their respective licenses.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Monthly retainer fees are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely content, images, and feedback
  • Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • Maintaining domain registration and any third-party accounts
  • Ensuring all provided content does not infringe on third-party rights

Limitation of Liability

Steed Advisory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. Monthly retainer services can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
